All custom designs are subject to an upfront design fee. Design fee will be $45 for each design. This should be paid in advance, not refundable. The design fee can be deducted from the final payment.

The customized metal design process:

• We provide the draft depending on your requirment.
• You approve the draft. If you disapprove it, you will have one chance to improve the draft by giving us a detailed descriptions on MINOR changes you want to be made based on the draft. Any additional requests of improvements or a major change/new design (regardless whether it is the first time you make a request to improve our design) will be $20 per each. This should be paid in advance, not refundable. We accept payment methods from Zelle and PayPal.
• One week of production time after design approval.

If you have preferred pictures for the design or any other related images, please send them to us as references. Please also advise on your preferred size. 

As a reference, here is an example, our mailbox flags are 14*7 inch and the price will be $37/each, the design fee is $45. The total cost will be $75. We provide free shipping if your mailing address is in one of the 48 continental states in the US via USPS First Class service.  If you decide to order a smaller one, the price will stay the same; if you decide to order a larger one, the price will increase. We will tell you the exact price and shipping cost after you decide on the size of your mailbox flag if you decide to order a larger mailbox flag.
